Serenity Saturday : 13

hi, welcome to another Serenity Saturday.
How's everyone's week been? Mines been really busy with the kids of school and they've all been driving me nutty!!! Can't wait till Monday when they go back.
It was My little girl's birthday on Tuesday. She turned 2!! I can't believe how quick time as gone, only seems a few months ago she was learning to crawl. We din't have a party for her just had a few family members come round. She got quite a few presents. Her favourite was a little doll with a baby bottle, she loves pretending to feed him, looks so cute!. And we got her an Hello Kitty cake she was so excited when she saw it!!

We only had nine link up's last week, so this week i'm hoping for 20. Do you think we can do it? I hope so

Halloween Notebooks

I just love Halloween! But I live in the UK, and not many people celabrate it. When i was a kid i used to love going treat or treating with my sister, but often not many people would open their doors. It's the same now, quite a lot of people see it as begging. But their just a bunch of miseries! Because i love it!! And while my husband takes the two eldest kids out treat or treating, i'll be staying in and waiting for all the kids to come to my door. This year i'll be giving them some Ghost Poo's which i got the idea from Crystal and Co. and she also has a free printable. I also featured her post as my Find Of The Week. And these little cute notebooks that i made.

I got the free printable from HERE  and i just cut up around 10 sheets of plain white paper to size then stapled them together. The printable can be customised so you can write anything you want on it. As you can see i went for 'Happy Halloween' so original i know, but it it works LOL. They also have other printables on their site too.

My find of the week : Ghost Poo with free Printable

My find of the week are these great Ghost Poo's!!!!  They are made by Crystal at Crystal and Co. and she also has a Free printable! So you can make some of these yourself to give out on Halloween. Go check them out at Crystal and Co.

Toddler Bed re-do

A few weeks ago i moved my little girl out of her cot and into a toddler bed. We had an old white toddler bed that used to be my eldest sons. But it looked like it wasn't loved sitting in the back of my gloomy shed. It needed a new lease of life. So i got painting it. Decided we wanted it pink to match the rest of my little girls room (when we decorate it in a few weeks time). I've never painted furniture before, so i had no idea what kind of paint to buy. In the end i went for spray paint (first time I've ever used this). I did it in the back garden as i didn't want my kitchen pink, and it was a good job i did go outside too! i made a right mess!! But i'm really proud of the finished result and my little girl loves her new bed!

Serenity Saturday : 12

Hi and welcome to another week of Serenity Saturday!

This week as been a really busy week for me, trying to catch up with all the washing I couldn't do last week when the power was out. And I think this week is going to be even more busier as my 6 year year old if off school for half term. And has we live in a street were all the neighbours have children the same aged my house is always filled with kids going in and out and more often then not, falling out with each other. So been trying to plan a few things to keep them all entertained.
