I made these last weekend and a few days later I saw some more on Taming The Goblin, and I have to say her's look much nicer then mine as she uses a snowflake cookie cutter, which I have to get!
Mine uses the same ingredients has The Monko Uses
I used 300g condensed milk and 600g icing sugar (powered sugar), a few drops of peppermint essence and a few drops of green food colouring.
simply mix everything together until if forms a dough like mixture.
cover your work surface with icing sugar and roll out the mixture, using a small star cookie cutter, stamp out the stars making sure your cutter is covered in icing sugar too. then place onto foil, don't make the mistake I made and put them straight on a plate, as when they set the will stick to the plate making it impossible to get them off with out breaking them. Then leave them to set overnight.
These are so yummy, and also great to give at a present

Linking to some of these great parties

Those mint stars look amazing! I'd love to try to make those.
